Text: My name is Stephanie McGlynn and I am a psychotherapist (MFT) in private practice in Sebastopol. This new weekly Mothers' Circle is for pregnant women and mothers with their babies. These circles are a place to slow down and take care of yourself in the midst of other women in the same special stage of life.
We will focus on issues related to pregnancy and early motherhood, including your new identity, the changes in your relationship and family structure, coping with the new demands and emotional ups and downs. This group is a place to share your concerns, questions, and wisdom.
Tuesdays, 3-4:30pm, $30 per meeting.
