Car History: We found and bought this just over ten months ago when is had just over 60,000 miles on it from a dealer that had taken it in as a trade-in from an older couple who had owned it since it was new, expecting to keep it for its full lifecycle. However, we just bought a 2000 MB S500 with only 24,000 miles on it. This leaves us with an extra car. Since it was just bought from a dealer 10 months ago, it had a mechanical review & repair or replacement of various things as part of that dealer preparing the car for retail sale. We also had them replace both front seat seatbelt tensioners. Because we expected to keep it for a long time, we did a full replacement of the major suspension parts including front lower ball joints, front strut bushings and rear carrier arms, to get the original tight Lexus road feel back. Major services are current with the 60,000 mile major service completed. We put on new Michilen MXV4+ tires on 10,000 miles ago (to replace the new tires the dealer had put on).
