LAS VEGAS CONDO TIMESHARE FOR RENT - DECEMBER 2007

Text: We are offering our timeshare condo for RENT located on the south end of the famous Las Vegas strip. The name of the place is The Grandview at Las Vegas and is a five-star resort with all the amenities. You can do many searches through Google to get pictures and such.

This place is really high-class. The room sleeps four with a seperate master bedroom which includes a jacuzzi tub and one of the largest showers I've ever seen. There is a full size kitchen with anything you could possibly want. There is even a washer and dryer in the room and they offer laundry services (for a fee of course) if you don't want to deal with it.

The room is private and the area is nice and quiet, but not too far from all the action on the strip. The resort offers shuttle service to the strip all day long as well as shuttle service to the huge outlet mall. There is also service to and from the airport which is just minutes from The Strip and the resort.

This place offers the rooms at well over $175/night and I am offering this room for seven days and seven nights in the month of December 2007 at only $100/night for a total of $700 for the entire stay.

There are no strings attached. Once payment is recieved by me (the owner of this week in December) I will make the call to the resort and give them your information informing them that YOU are coming in our place that week and provide you with confirmation information for your stay. When the time comes all you have to do is just show up and and provide a photo ID. If you don't use any extra charge services (room service, room phone for long distance, laundry service), the stay will cost you NOTHING additional. We did this a couple years ago for a group from New York and they had a blast! Had no problems at all checking in and checking out.

We have no plans to use our week at this resort (or any other)in 2007.

Also, the new SOUTH COAST HOTEL & CASINO opened in January 2006 and is right next door. It is a gorgeous off-strip hotel & casino.
