Even though it's only 35 watts it is really a screamer. Because it uses 4 EL84 tubes in class-a mode, it has the ability to punch through a mix like no other. If you've been thinking about a Matchless/Vox AC30 or the like, you should consider this amp. I've had many top-end amps in my life and this a one of the best. Of course, since it's Mesa Boogie it's built like a tank. I bought it from the original owner who had never used it and was going through a divorce, I've used it maybe three times and one gig since then.
