1. In great shape ~ full size futon frame and pad. Metal frame in wonderful condition and futon pad with black cover and no holes, tears or rips.
2. Full length low to the ground couch ~ striped tan, black, brown. would be great for a garage couch.

Please pick up Sunday or Monday or I will have them hauled away.
Located right behind Valley Fair Mall. We are off of Monroe and Homewood. The furniture is out by our garage ~ we are on the corner of N. Daniel Way and Homewood.
