Text: Hi my name is Brian and I am a college student trying to pay my way through college. I am a very smart and competent person who could help in nearly every aspect, from gardening, to running errands, from childcare to house managing. I am great with kids (have experience and references) and animals, big and small. I have 16 years of experience doing everything from general handyman work, to yard work, to painting to landscaping. I am available for odd jobs around the house and almost anything else you might need help with. I own my own tools including a fully expendable ladder. In addition to brute strength, I speak (and write) fluent proper English, and am a skilled communicated… which means that you wont have to spend your time explaining what it is that I have to do, I catch on quick. I worked as a Productivity Consultant for Franklin Covey so I can offer my services in running errands, organizing the home and time, as well as basic and reliable secretarial work such as answering phones, making appointments and sorting mails. I am a very hard working and personable guy with flexible hours during the week and on weekends.
