AND: there is a TON of smoke coming out of the tail pipe whenever the engine is running. The more gas, the more smoke. this car will not pass smog and will need a new engine. this F*ckhole lied to me, saying there were no problems. but when i got there after a 1.5 hour drive, he told me of the problem.
