Text: This sailboat is a legendary "classic plastic", Columbia 34' with retractable centerboard. She has been well cared for, and apart from needing a fresh coat of Varnish to restore the beatiful wood trim, is in great sailing shape. The sails are in "moderate" condition, fine for daysailing on the bay, but unsuitable for venturing out of the gate. The boat has a near-new electric flush porta-potty in the sizeable head. There is hot and cold water, and a propane bbq hung off the back. The original seat cushions have a fabulous "retro" look and are in good condition. She is powered by a gasoline atomic 4.

The boat has a retractable centerboard that will lower the draft from 8' to 3'6", so you get the benefit of stability in high winds with the centerboard down, yet can still raise it if you want to venture far up the delta or anchor close to shore for lunch.
