Side by side: 71" wide, 78 long and 20" high Additional Notes: There's enough space to accomodate a mattres and sheets on the folded bed when it is stored under the other frame (mattress and sheets not included) The frames are in decent condition with only minor scrapes and scratches. Both frames have easily adjustable (0-45 degrees) height support at the head of the bed (as pictured) which is great for reading or eating in bed.
