I only use my Outlook on my computer so I never really used this much. I bought it for $300.00 so I hope somebody else out there will get more out of it. The screen is unscratched. The body has a rubbery, soft blue coating that has worn off a little on the corners, etc. But, overall, it's in excellent shape. I have the original software, charger, USB cable and quick start manual.
